CONTACT AND CONCEPT
To make a personalized request, you must contact by Instagram or Email ([email protected]). In this phase we will talk about your order and the variations in the final value of the order that may occur depending on the extra difficulty that the order implies (armor, animals, etc.). References will be requested in order to make the process more fluid about what the client wants.

Once the concept of the illustration is agreed on, I will send the sketch that can match what was requested. At this stage you must indicate the base point(s) of the drawing that you wish to modify.
Once the sketch is accepted and after the coloring process has started, there will be no modifications to the base of the illustration, so you will have to assess and analyze very well the sketch before accepting it.
Likewise, if in the course of coloring there are poses that need to be modified to give a better dynamism to the character's pose, I will inform you on time and i will wait for you feedback.MID-POINT CHECK
Check-ins can be made during the process. I will send a color thumbnail to verify that the scheme followed is the one desired by the client. From there, there will be no big changes.

I will send you the final art by email. JPEG format with the indicated size.
This will bear the artist's signature, if you wish to remove it you must pay an extra value of $10. Please understand this point, the signature is really the artist's mark on our creations.ESTIMATED TIME
Once the "Contact and Concept" stage has been completed, the client must make the initial payment within two days after the invoice is sent. Once the payment has been made, the artist must submit the sketch for approval within the next seven days. If the client is not satisfied with this sketch, the artist will have a maximum period of two days to submit a new sketch.
Once the sketch is accepted, the artist will have a maximum period of three weeks to deliver the finished art. In the meantime, a color thumbnail will be sent to the client to verify that the scheme followed is the desired one.
Once the client has been informed that the art is finished, he must make the full payment for the art within the next two days following the sending of the invoice.
I will not send the final image if full payment has not been made.PAYMENT
All payments are processed via Paypal: an invoice is provided to you once we have quoted your share at the contact and concept stage. Commissions must be paid in full or in two installments: a first payment of 60% (after the contact and concept stage and before of sketch) and the remaining 40% at the time of midpoint check or delivery.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNS
The Artist reserves the right to cancel any Commission due to harassment, rude behavior, incomplete payment or any breach of the terms of service. as well as in cases where the Customer does not pay the initial payment within two days after the invoice is sent.
The Client may cancel the assignment at any time before the Artist begins work on the scketch In which case, the commission price will be fully refunded to the Client. However, if the Client cancels after the Artist begins work on the sketch, no refund will be issued and the Client will be responsible for the cancellation.USES AND COPYRIGHT
The Client may use the Commission for personal use, in profiles, social network accounts or other personal spaces.
Any commercial use of the Commission is strictly prohibited.
The artist reserves the right to publish the commission on their social networks.
